Registration fee is $100 (including airport bus transfer) and $50 (without airport bus transfer). The bus transfer will be from Brisbane airport to the venue during the middle of the day (12:30pm) on Sunday, and returning to the airport on Tuesday evening (arriving at Brisbane airport by around 6pm). We apologize, but we cannot arrange airport transfers from Gold Coast airport, only from Brisbane.

We are also taking payment for the accommodation in advance, which is $180 for the two nights (shared) or $360 (single, with limited numbers).

If you do not pay in advance for your accommodation, you must make your own booking with the Cedar Creek Lodges, and we cannot guarantee the reduced rate.
