The Research Computing Centre runs a Hacky Hour on Tuesdays 3-4pm. See https://rcc.uq.edu.au/meetups#hacky-hour
Log a request (for example new accounts, quotas, etc) via the ITS ServiceDesk https://my.uq.edu.au/information-and-services/information-technology/student-it-support. You must have a UQ login to do this. Mention getafix cluster account and marked it attn: ITS Research Infrastructure
If you do not have a UQ login, email requests directly via itsupportdesk@its.uq.edu.au.
System news will also be posted through the members-only email list (smp-hpc@lists.science.uq.edu.au) that you are automatically subscribed to once you have been given access to getafix.
