Log a request (for example new accounts, quotas, etc) via the ITS ServiceDesk https://servicedesk.its.uq.edu.au/servicedesk.bridgeit#/logon . You must have a UQ login to do this. Mention dogmatix/getafix cluster account and marked it attn: ITS Research Infrastructure
If you do not have a UQ login, email requests directly via itsupportdesk@its.uq.edu.au .
System news will also be posted through the members-only email list (smp-hpc@lists.science.uq.edu.au) that you are automatically subscribed to once you have been given access to dogmatix.
